# Trade Gold
This tutorial explains how to trade between PUSD and PGOLD.
From the left menu, select **Spot Market → Trade Gold**.
Use this feature to swap **PUSD ↔ PGOLD** on-chain.
### A) PUSD → PGOLD
1. Enter the PUSD amount on the left (minimum 1 PUSD per swap). The right side shows the PGOLD you will receive (**net of 0.04% trading fee**). The swap follows the on-chain price of XAU from Chainlink.
Chainlink:
2. After entering the amount, click **Approve** below and confirm in your wallet.
3. After the approval succeeds, the button becomes **Confirm**. Click again, confirm in your wallet, and wait for completion. The swap to PGOLD is then successful.
### B) PGOLD → PUSD
Click the double-arrow on the page to switch direction.
1. Enter the PGOLD amount on the left (minimum **0.001 PGOLD** per swap). The right side shows the PUSD you will receive (**net of 0.04% trading fee**). The swap follows the on-chain price of XAU from Chainlink.
Chainlink:
2. After entering the amount, click **Approve** below and confirm in your wallet.
3. After the approval succeeds, the button becomes **Confirm**. Click again, confirm in your wallet, and wait for completion. The swap to PUSD is then successful.
