# Token Features

Pleasing Gold (PGOLD) is a fully gold-backed digital asset. Each token represents 1 troy ounce of 99.99% purity physical gold that meets LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) standards.

### 1. Transferability & Redemption

* Permissionless transfers: Holding, purchasing, selling back, transferring, and secondary-market swaps of PGOLD are permissionless on supported chains.
* Redemption (physical): Converting PGOLD to allocated physical gold requires KYC and compliance checks; additional fees, minimums, and logistics may apply (per jurisdiction and program terms).
* Risk controls (rare cases): For security and legal compliance (e.g., cooperating with authorities on exploits or sanctions), specific addresses may be restricted/blacklisted in line with our Terms and applicable law.
