# Anti Spam Policy

**Entity:** Pleasing International Limited (“**Pleasing Market**”, “**we**”, “**us**”)

### 1. Our Commitment

We are committed to sending commercial electronic messages (“**CEMs**”) only with **informed, opt-in consent**, providing a **clear unsubscribe** in every message, and **properly identifying** the sender in accordance with applicable laws and industry best practices.

### 2. What We Send

With your consent, we may send CEMs to:

* **Establish and maintain** our commercial relationship with you
* **Assess eligibility** for products and services
* **Recommend** products, services, features, and opportunities
* Provide updates on **trading/financing features**, **platform changes**, and **new product launches**
* **Develop, enhance, and market** our offerings
* **Process billing** and collections, and send **service/transactional notices**
* Conduct **surveys** and gather **feedback**
* Share **news and insights** relevant to precious metals, RWA, and DeFi
* Meet our **legal and regulatory** obligations

> We may send transactional or service messages (e.g., receipts, security alerts, KYC updates, redemption status) **without marketing content**; these are necessary to operate your account and may be sent regardless of marketing preferences where permitted by law.

### 3. Consent (Opt-In)

We obtain your consent when you:

* Check an **opt-in** box on our Site or app
* Subscribe to **newsletters** or **product updates**
* **Request information** (e.g., book a call, contact sales, download documents)
* **Participate** in programs, surveys, or events and choose to receive communications

You can **withdraw consent** at any time (see Unsubscribe).

### 4. Unsubscribe

Every CEM includes a **visible, functional unsubscribe link**.

* Unsubscribes are **processed promptly** and in any case within the time required by law.
* You may manage preferences to reduce message frequency or opt out of specific categories.
* Transactional or legally required notices may continue, where permitted.

### 5. Identification of Sender

All CEMs clearly identify:

* The **sender name**: Pleasing International Limited
* **Contact details**: registered address and a working reply-to email (e.g., <support@pleasing-international.com>)
* Where applicable, the **entity** or **affiliate** sending the message on our behalf

### 6. Third Parties & Partners

We may use reputable email service providers and marketing platforms to deliver CEMs. These vendors are contractually required to comply with this Policy and applicable laws. We do **not** sell your contact information.

### 7. Data & Preferences

We maintain records of **consent**, **preferences**, and **unsubscribe** actions. Our handling of personal data is governed by our **Privacy Notice** and **Cookie Policy**.

### 8. Compliance

This Policy is intended to align with global anti-spam frameworks (e.g., **CAN-SPAM**, **CASL**, **GDPR/PECR**) as applicable. If local rules are stricter, we will apply the stricter standard.

If you believe you received a message from us in error or wish to report spam, contact:\
